Description

With plants, <dominance> indicates the degree of covering (dominance) of the ground with this plant. Allowed keywords are: undetermined, less-than-1/20, 1/20-up-to-1/4, 1/4-up-to-1/2, 1/2-up-to-3/4, greater-than-3/4, single-individual (division according to Emschermann, P., Hoffrichter, O., Körner, H., Zissler, D. (Ed.), Meeresbiologische Exkursion, Gustav Fischer Verlag, Stuttgart, Jena, 1992, ISBN 3-437-20414-9, page 46).

If the degree of covering cannot be determined, <dominance> can be omitted, or <dominance>undetermined</dominance> is given.
